Therapeutic Massage
Signature Massage

A combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu & Thai massage is tailored to
the concerns and needs of each client. The traditional Swedish
technique relaxes and promotes circulation while the concentrated
pressure of Deep Tissue therapy releases muscle tension. When
integrated with the ancient healing methods of acupressure of Shiatsu and yoga-like stretching of Thai massage, the body and soul are elevated to extraordinary
new levels.
Hot Stone Massage
$60/45 min. $110/90 min.
A
Signature massage combined with heated stones, which are glided across
the body with warm oil and placed on specific points of the body to
help melt away stress.
Pregnancy Massage
$45/30 min. $65/60 min.
A
nurturing massage which focuses on the specific needs of the expectant
mother as her body goes through major dramatic structural,
physiological, psychological, spiritual, and social changes during this
experience. This therapeutic treatment can help alleviate the
discomforts and overall fatigue often associated with pregnancy.
Thai/Shiatsu Combo Massage
$150/120 min.
The
combination of these two ancient techniques, which have been practiced
for thousands of years, includes yoga-like stretching and rhythmic
pressure along the body’s meridian lines to unblock and stimulate the
flow of energy. Designed to be both relaxing and stimulating, this
massage also helps to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and bring
balance to the body.

Share
the healing gift of touch to those you love most! Learn the basics of
the art of massage using Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu & Thai massage techniques.
This workshop also includes preparation for massage, draping, proper
body mechanics, flow, and more! Practice with your friend or partner
under guidance and supervision in a warm and supportive atmosphere.
This workshop may be taken as many times as you and your partner/friend
like or until both of you are comfortable with the techniques. There is
always something new to learn each time.
Chakra Journeys
Chakra Consultation
$50/1 Hour
A
private consultation which includes an introduction to the chakras and
a personal chakra analysis. It is recommended to have an initial Chakra
Consultation before having a Chakra Balancing Session or beginning
Private Chakra Journey Sessions.
Chakrassage Balancing Session
$75/1 Hour
Utilizes
essential oils, crystals, guided visualization, energywork, and massage
that work together to aid in the process of clearing blockages and
allowing energy to flow more freely and effectively within the chakra
system.
Private Chakra Journey Sessions
$65/1 Hour
These
private sessions follow the same fundamental techniques as the Chakra
Workshops/Classes, except it is on an individual basis. It is
recommended to go through the chakras in sequential order and spend at
least one session on each chakra. This journey is different for
everyone, and it deserves as much time that is needed for each
individual to process.

Chakra Workshops & Classes
These
workshops/classes are designed to provide an understanding of the
origin and systemic use of the chakras. Journey through the seven main
chakras and learn why it is important to keep these energy centers of
our body clear and balanced. Explore a variety of techniques and
therapies which assist toward well-being through transformation,
self-discovery, and self-healing. Learn how to keep the chakras
balanced and how to recognize where and why a dis-ease has manifested
in the physical, emotional, and/or spiritual body. Discussion and
sharing in a group setting relating to the lectured topics provide a
space in which everyone participating can benefit. Some
workshops/classes include some yoga and meditation, as well as hands on
instruction on how to perform chakra therapy/balancing on yourself and
others.

Corporate Massage

One
of the main contributors to our everyday stress is our workplace. 70%
of workers surveyed by a national survey stated that their job is very
stressful. Stress is the #1 cause of disability. It costs employers
billions of dollars a year on lost productivity and healthcare costs.
Since workplace is stressful, it seems commonsense to provide some
means of stress relief at the workplace. More and more employers are
recognizing that a regular massage can reduce the physical and mental
effects of stress, thus reducing burnout and stress related diseases.
Chair
massage counters the circulatory problems inherent with office work and
provides an appreciated break for employees. Sitting in a massage
chair opens up the back muscles, relieves strain on the neck and
provides a gentle respite for eyes usually glued to a computer monitor.
Even 5-15 minutes of massage to the neck, back, shoulders, arms, and
hands can increase circulation, returning energy levels and helping
keep the body injury free.

There
is a $25 travel fee for each visit made to your company to provide
service. The employer has the option of paying $60 for each booked
hour, or making employees aware ahead of time that this service will be
provided and they can pay out of pocket for their session at $1 per
min. In this instance, there is a minimum of 10 employees required.
A
minimum of 2 booked hours by the company or 10 employees paying out of
pocket for a minimum of 15 minutes each is required for this service.
It is encourage that the company pay for the first visit, as
it sends a message to the employees that the company understands and
supports the importance of stress relief and relaxation in the
workplace. Following visits can be paid by each individual employee
who desires a session, unless the employer is willing to continue to
provide this service to their employees.

a nice touch.

Farmers Market
Every week I try and make the Farmers
Market on Sundays in Long Beach. I have a booth where I promote myself
and offer chair massage for $1 per minute. If you have a chance, come
by and visit me there - I'd love to meet you!

weekly Certified Farmers Market/Arts & Crafts Fair is held in
Alamitos Bay Marina: E. Marina Dr. south of E. 2nd St. on the parking
lot of the Alamitos Bay Marina.
